About Chazrt
We help marketing teams make more, with AI, for less.
A small studio built on 20 years of APAC marketing and technology. We show up, roll up our sleeves, and leave you with a workflow. Not a slide deck.
Built for the marketing team that needs the work to move.
Chazrt started when traditional marketing consulting stopped making sense. Budgets are tighter. Content demand is bigger. And the AI tools that could close the gap are moving faster than most teams can keep up with.
The work is built on APAC marketing, technology, content operations, and practical AI adoption.
We've worked across agency, platform, and in-house roles, leading marketing at tech companies, building content systems for global brands, and shipping technology that marketers actually use.
Chazrt is the thing we would have hired ten years ago. A partner who gets their hands dirty, picks the right tool for the team (not the trend), and stays until it's actually working.
Roy Tan
Founder of Chazrt AI, a Singapore studio that trains marketing teams on AI workflows and builds the automations to support them.
Roy's view is simple: AI should not be an occasional tool. It should become part of the default way marketing work gets done. For most teams, the gap is not access to AI models. It is knowing what to delegate, how to describe the work clearly, and how to spot when AI gets it wrong.
He also runs an e-commerce brand where all content is produced in-house using AI: product visuals, copy, social content, campaign assets, and workflow automation. No agency, no freelancers, no stock subscriptions. The same practical operating model behind Chazrt is the one he uses on his own work.
Before Chazrt, Roy spent 20 years across APAC marketing, technology, public policy, content operations, and digital platforms, including leadership work at Meta APAC, Bondee, the Singapore public sector, IHG, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Practical rules for AI adoption.
Practitioner-first.
We use the same tools on our own brand. If we haven't shipped it, we don't recommend it.
Workflow over slideware.
The output of every engagement is a running system your team owns.
Change-first, tools-second.
AI adoption fails on people, not software. We run the change management as hard as the technical setup.
