"Unlock the Power of AI in Strategic Communications", a session for MINDEF's strategic comms officers. It covered how AI agents work, which tools suit which tasks, and a live demo. The audience ranged from first-time users to experienced ones.
Ministry of Manpower, September 2026
"Working Alongside AI", a hands-on session for all five teams in MOM's Communications and Engagement Department. It walked through six comms workflows built around the department's work: a media framing brief, vetting submissions, handling a breaking story, theming public feedback, stress-testing the message, and building an audience profile.
